#SarapanDutchLady for 7-Days

1:00 AM

Hi!

*Sarapan = Breakfast in Malay language < If you are foreigner lah.

If you are following me on Instagram/Facebook, you would know that I was milk crazy for the last 2 weeks.

Thanks to Dutch Lady Malaysia, I was pleasantly surprised with 7-days supply of milk, from 21 September to 27 September.

Hereby the challenge is called:-

Dutch Lady PureFarm 7-Days Milk @ Breakfast Challenge

walao, I make this challenge look grand leh...not grand? ohh, I syok sendiri :D

Firstly, I need to confess that instead of breakfast, I actually drink milk before bed time. Lol. Milk before bed time is good to calm me down, relaxes my tension and makes me sleep well until morning. So, this challenge took me out from my normal routine.

Milk for breakfast? I usually have either coffee, tea or chocolate, very seldom milk. My breakfast is rojak, sometimes toast, noodles or rice. Or if I'm rushing, no breakfast at all. By 11am, confirm I grab something to chew. That or I have to satisfy myself with drinking water. Hence, this is truly a breakfast challenge for me.

On Wednesday 21 September, I received a breakfast box, delivered to Rawang.

I'm so grateful for their effort because Rawang isn't near but they took the effort to come and hand deliver to me personally. *cries tears of gratitude

Breakfast Box!

Top box has one pack of 200ml Full Cream Milk, with my first #SarapanDutchLady Malaysian's favourite, Nasi Lemak!

Lower box has 6 more 200ml packs; 3 packs of Full Cream Milk and 3 packs of Low Fat High Calcium Milk.

Also included a brochure, with lots of informative fact about milk.

"Nearly one in two children does not have adequate calcium intake."
-Nutritional status and dietary intakes of children aged 6 months to 12 years: findings of the Nutrition Survey of Malaysian Children (SEANUTS Malaysia), British Journal of Nutrition (2013), 110, S21–S35.

"The average intake of calcium among adults comes up to less than half of our daily requirement."
-Current nutrient intake among Malaysia, Adult: Finding from MANS 2014, THE MEDICAL JOURNAL OF MALAYSIA, VOL. 70 SUPPLEMENT 1 SEPTEMBER 2015, pp 12.

Well, I did the challenge as rojak as a Malaysian could be; simply because you can pair milk with just about anything, so I decided not to plan much and go with the flow.

Thank God for a GIF App. Lol.
Looks more interesting to GIF the photos.
GIF App is GIF Me!

Milk can be paired or created to be more than just drinking milk in the morning. Spare some time and make your morning fulfilling, at least your stomach, lessMondayBlues plus get the nutritional benefits your body needs.

There's also chocolate and strawberry milk!

Dutch Lady Ambassador, Aaron Aziz, loves it! It's the No 1 milk for his family.

I think I will have this next week, milk with Roti Bakar.

Your body will thank you, in due time. Or in your golden age.

For now, what's for your breakfast today, tomorrow or in futures yet to come

Why not grab a Dutch Lady milk. *wink

I'm hoping you get inspired by my post to drink more milk.

It's one more step to a healthier nation too. Better than an obese/malnourished nation lah.
