Christmas Wish List with Butterfly Project & Hermo Malaysia

6:07 PM

Hi, all. At last able to be in front of this laptop without the guilt of assignments (almost, still have two to do..).

It's almost that time of the year again and most shopping malls have decorated their venues with Xmas decorations!

Recently I joined a bloggers' community, Butterfly Project and for this Xmas, they have a collaboration with Hermo Malaysia to grant the wishes of lucky Butterflies. How about that for a blog post? LOVE!
When you click on image, will direct to Tammy Lim's blog. Drop for a visit and follow her okay!

Before my wishlist (which was so hard to choose, I tell you), let's explore what Hermo has for this Xmas.

First option
If you have no idea what to give for Xmas to your family, friends or special person, you could always buy them a Gift Card.

Hermo Malaysia is giving out Limited Edition Giftcards in denominations of RM50, RM100 and RM200.

Second option
Hermo has selected valuable gift sets so you can choose easily which one to buy and give!

Third option
Stocking Stuffers! This are small size products to easily fill into your loved ones' stockings. Want to be Secret Santa while everyone is asleep? *Wink

Fourth option
Spin & Win! You get ONE free spin every calendar day for the chance to win Hermo Credits and Prizes. There are 26 sets of mysterious prizes for December so maybe you will be one of the lucky 26! This is from 30/11/2013 until 26/12/2013.

I tried my luck today already but failed. Maybe tomorrow my luck will come. :P

Fifth option
Being in Love. THIS is a fun one. Let's say you want something for Xmas but you can't really tell your loved ones to buy them for you, right? Well, Hermo has the option of sharing your orders on Facebook so that anyone interested to buy you a gift, could pay for you.

Hope I have secret admirers to buy for me. *Vain much?

Sixth option
Bloop Hermo Contest! Bloop is giving out exclusive Christmas gift when you greet your friends! All you have to do is choose your greeting card (and they look so gorgeous!) and share it on Facebook. Remember to tag your loved ones and friends! Winners announcement will be on 26 Dec, save the date!

End of Hermo Xmas promotions and now for my wishlist.

When Butterfly Project posted about this blogging contest on Facebook, I went straight to Hermo Malaysia's website. Click and browse, click and browse; I didn't know what to choose.

These were my first three products in my Wishlist.

Then after much thought and consideration, I settled for this one.
Laneige Multiberry Yogurt Repair Pack 80ml for RM80

It's going to be my first Laneige product if Santa Hermo grants my wish!

If you are blogger as well, why don't you join?

You need to register on the Rafflecopter on Tammy Lim's blog so scroll up and click on the first image of this blog. Then you need to follow the step by step tasks. Last is to submit your blog post of your wishlist by 14th Dec 2013.

Santa Hermo will start delivering lucky wishers from 17 Dec to 24 Dec.

What are you doing now? Go browse Hermo and make your wishlist! May your lucky star shine on you this Dec (and my lucky star too!).

Bye until next time!

Actually I wanted to post something happy and enlightening whatever but spare me, I'm human and some stuffs really pissed me off this past week Or at least in this few hours, had made me wonder how, in all amazement, do these people live?!

Yesterday was an example already. I volunteered to help for my faculty's seminar. So sorry couldn't help the last minute evening preparation there. But I arrived early on the morning, thanks to my parents early ride. Haha..

So seminar started 9am, students should arrive around 8am. Oh, Malaysian time, make that around 9.15am. -.-

Well, anyway, I wasn't happy. Even though I literally plastered a smile on my face, I was fuming inside. The nerve of some individuals!!

Okay, end that or people will get prick a lot. Now isn't that kind? I name no names here but you can still feel the prick of conscience unless you don't have any. Oh, you have the right to think I'm not perfect myself. This is a free world.

Sorry, I digress.

Currently doing excel calculation for one of my assignments. And I am calming myself every minute.

I can't work if I'm upset about it anyway. Better I just do whatever there is.

What the hell, I am definitely watching Hunger Games: Catching Fire on Monday afternoon.

I'm trying something new on my brother's other laptop.

Before I tell what it is, here's a short story about what happened to Stitchy.
P.S: My artwork has always been horrible~ Sorry for that. :P

Where my Stitchy went?

After several attempts by which I was distracted by anime, books, dramas, Running Man, etc

Happily waited since Stitchy took longer to start up.
But Stitchy NEVER start up!
Then tried to switch off, creepy sound came out.

So, asked Dad and sent to repair shop.
Not my Stitchy, not Stitchy's 2nd time for repair.
(Last time, around May/June, Stitchy went for repair.)

So bored without Stitchy around~

Stitchy! Faster come back!!

First, sorry for my horrible artwork. Yeah, I don't pretend it's Picasso or Da Vinci or whatever lah!

Anyway, I'm trying to do some illustration. My blog looks so empty and since I'm busy with assignments that has so many words coming and going out of my brain... Just let's say I need some visual motivation right now.

Plus, I had fun doing this short story! :D

But yeah, it's horrible artwork...

Tomorrow I might get Stitchy back! Might only lah.

So until then, bye bye!

(P.S: Copy paste from the FB page. So, if you can't see clearly, please click on the link above. :D )

I got to know about the Butterfly Project through Bag of Love. By the way, I might not be in time to get their Nov bag.. :'(

Okay, back to the mission of this post!

We, Butterflies, have a mission of sharing the Philips Innovation That Matters To You contest.

This contest is being held internationally with Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore and Malaysia, ALL competing to get the best ideas from their people AND making it come true!

Let's watch this video~

So how can you share as well?

Well, if you are a blogger (like ME, *ahem), you can follow the steps below.

1. Submit an idea!
Can you build a safer city? Or closer to home (and heart), a healthier home? Click here for idea submission!

My idea:
"An interactive game like the Sim game that has players eating by choosing healthy ingredients and also getting the player to do exercises. There will be goals in the game and players get points. With points, players get discounts in eateries that support health food."

2. Blog about the contest! (Which I am doing now.)
After you submit your idea, blog about it and tell what the contest is about. There are prizes as well in this contest. Click here to know what the prizes are!

3. Submit your blog post!
After you have blogged about the contest, including your idea for the contest, drop your blog post link at or at her blog.

Oh, don't forget to copy paste this at the bottom of your blog post!

Join the conversations on #meaningfulinnovation on Facebook, Twitter @PhilipsMY and Instagram and visit to find out more!

Thanks for reading! Bye~

Halloween's Little Black Witch

12:14 AM

I mentioned previously of doing a special eye make-up for this Halloween.

I gave a little tease in the last post: Yellow, silver, grey and black.

Here's the site's link and below is the image of the look.

My 15-20 minutes effort:

My eyeshadows aren't much so I made do with what I have. The yellow eyeshadow was terrible. Even though I put quite a lot, it faded out through the day and no one notices the colour. I skipped doing the tail as it would have looked empty with the invisible yellow. I didn't put any red too.

More like I made it into a simpler version.

Note: I need more colours and good quality ones.
Consequences: Unsatisfied make-up artist (as if, pfffft!)

A nicer view of my effort.
Cheat one when add in filter and nice frame, sure looked great.

The Little Black Witch giving kisses and love.

Anyway, I received mostly positive reviews from my friends. They took a guess and thought my eye make-up was for a cat.

I might do more eye make-up. It's fun and entertaining for me. Actually my first serious eye make-up, I can't believe it looked well done. *smug face

Finishing collage~
